Can Anyone crurrently imprision Sasuke?

2.He is his friend

3.He can not constantly look over him.

Sasuke is not stronger, him using the Bijuu's chakra is testament to this point.
Friends do what is best even if protecting the many means imprisoning the one, Similar to generals who make hard choices based on the logic sacrificing one life is the only choice if millions/billions of lives are saved.
Due to his clan's specialty he has the ability to master sealing jutsu but being taught them is a different point but I guess he could use the same one that he used to imprison Kuruma while training to gain control of him similar to Hashirama's who he used on the Juubi to pin down his 10 tails including his head.
Or learn the jutsu from the blood prison movie w.e that was.

I said when kakashi uses kamui again(because a kamui portal would open allowing sasuke to get out).

And since you think kakashi can kamui his head...sasuke could always blitz kakashi with foot speed, CT, chidori arrow, or destroy that fodder with susanoo chidori.

We know currently that the only chakra Naruto is able to absorb is Natural Energy being trained by the frogs at M w.e mountain haha, but he does not have the ability similar to one of those paths of pein to absorb the Chakra / Suck it out of the Ninja their holding.

Well he has been tug of war with chakra before many times, so yea he can grab out bijuu now
