It makes him the strongest in NB eyes, something you cant deny. Everyone who wants the nr 1 spot needs to get passed Madara. Its a fact he's the most discussed character in the latter tier for a damn reason.

See, I agree with that 3 eyes JJ Madara overwhelms Rinnegan Sasuke. Anyone who says otherwise is a troll. BUT, 1 eyed JJ Madara, Non JJ Madara, Edo tensei Madara are inferior to Sasuke ATM. 3 eyed JJ Madara will have the a trouble against the current bijuu amplified Sasuke.
Moving to the Limbo thing. Sasuke countered it and saw the Limbo clones... So Sasuke can actually defeat a Limbo.
As of the "Madara can turn every Justu from Sasuke into nothing!" thing, I already said that 3 eyed JJ Madara will be extremely hard, so if Sasuke didn't use his Senjutsu (the one he got from the sage), his Ninjutsu will do nothing.
