Sadly that's irreversible process now as fyi Obito died and this juubi power chakra (cuz rikudou has nothing to do with it tbh) stayed.

OP, I think Limbo, TSB, Ama, ST some of the counter for kamui plus a boulder to add the flavour.

If anyone knows its coming all they have to do is block Kakashis line of sight for example with an Earth Wall, Water Wall or they can leave a clone in their place and let him warp that.

As for Obitos, you need either another Kamui to counter it or very high speed, preferably another S/T technique.

Speed only works if Kamui user knows about the speed. Minato's FTG worked against Obito once but it wouldn't have happened again if they had clashed a second time.

No real counter except another Kamui. Maybe Limbo, as we've seen, it's super fast and can knock the Kamui user down before he teleports
