Right, because the hokage's barrier didn't get destroyed by juubito's chakra arms, the same barrier that withstood a super bijuudama.

It's not like the juubi would be able to hit sasuke with such a singular and huge attack since his susanoo is so fast, the dama takes time to charge, and sasuke has the option of swapping with it.

No. Go learn how replacement works first. Replacement is evading the attack, in a way, and leaving something behind to take the hit. Madara didn't do that. He got hit first and left his Limbo behind after. He's only able to do this because the Limbo clone resides in his body, so by calling it out, he can switch with it and get out of their binding. Obito has no invisible clone that resides in his body, so he can't do this.

am not saying that obito will react and block the attack with gudomas, I am saying that while obito is being immoblized by sasuke’s black chidori, he can use gudomas or multiple chakra arms to attack sasuke to force him to step back, as it wasn't shown that obito will still be immoblized even if sasuke moved his hand away

Then he enters Susanoo, tanks and obliterates him with PS Chidori.

People underrate the speed of a Juubidama it traveled at 80k miles in about 1sec Sasuke Susanoo isn't getting away from that.

and how does that translate to it hitting sasuke's susanoo? For one, susanoo doesn't have to be even close to the speed of a juubidama in order to dodge it, and second, what leads you to believe sasuke's susanoo would be incapable of dodging something that fast?

Like seriously? Even before gaining the power of the bijuu, Sasuke could beat Juubito, although
it would have been at least mid-diff and more likely high diff. However, with the bijuu as well,
Sasuke would one-shot Juubito.
