WHat's Keeping You Reading BESIDES "To See How it Ends"

I was in a discussion last night and the question of what I LIKE about the story that has kept me reading it BESIDES wanting to see how it ends.

I couldn't give a good answer bc every reason I thought of amounted to "to see how it ends." Also, everything that I likes about the story were ruined by Kishi at one point or other throughout Shippuden and the war.

It got me curious about what's keeping everyone here reading OTHER THAN "to see how it ends."

So, what has kept you guys reading Naruto despite all our complaints about it?

Damn, the responses so far is a sad representation of how the story has fallen.....it's like staying in a passionless marriage bc you put in 15 years so you've been together for too long to get a divorce....so you just wait for your partner to die.....LOL......damn.....

But with everyone knowing it's going to end soon, I would expect your reason to be given the most.

tbh the hype went down many times for me reading this manga but i enjoy the story and the characters, you cannot erase a decade of pleasure like this.

the problem is my patience became very low after years of stupidity coming from Kishi, so yes i'm still here but my dream of an intelligent wise ending is fading away especially since the last 2 chapters...

Nothing. I'm just reading it for the fight between Sasuke and Naruto. In other words, to see how it ends.

Nothing, I had dropped the series till Naruto vs Sasuke happened.

I am only reading, because the manga is ending. I very disappointed with Naruto skills. I mean learn to complete Rasengan and created the Futon Rasen Shuriken, but I thought he would use some more wind jutsu. When mastered senjutsu I was very impressed, because his Rasengan got larger and more powerful. He could even throw the Rasenshuriken and sensor capability. But their were no developments. Sure beat Kurama, therefore he obtained KCM, but he used the same techniques.
He can sense negative emotions thanks to the KCM.
