He has Hashi Cells and rinnegan. Almost all Naruto's power comes from the bijuu which Sasuke now has. Naruto has nothing else to offer.

The only thing he needed left was rikudou sagemode, that's why he took a piece of nine bijuu chakra to get rikudou mode like naruto.

Sasuke's done at this point, he can't get any stronger thanks to them sealing the Gedo mazou.

He would of gotten more bijuu chakra if he and natty to didn't seal Gedo up.
