idk about your ranking system of 100 but 1v1 doffy beats luffy, law, and zoro. against the admirals id say he's weaker than kizaru and akainu but would put up a fight against blind dude

tiers above sanji yes but they are the same tier as zoro. remember zoro is also a supernova and he was trained by mihawk and i have a feeling that he keeps his eye closed because that eye has similar eye sight to mihawks eyes so he'd probably be a better match for doffy seeing as he can more then likely see his strings

Luffy's mindset/fighting style is questionable at the moment. Lucci also outclassed Luffy at the beginning of the fight. It doesn't prove anything. I think the area from 70-80 are reserved for people who can actually push Doflamingo between mid and high difficulty and Luffy is among them. I consider 50 and lower to be no match. Depends on how you see it

Luffy is definitely not that close to DD. the guy is taking on both Law and Luffy together who are equals.

DD and Sabo are near equals, and they are just about as close to Admiral level you can get without actually being Admiral level. 90 is the start of Admiral level, where Marco lies.

Luffy and Law would have to be around 50 compared to DD because DD is soloing them and i doubt two Luffy's or Law's can beat DD.
