No she's not. You have no idea how fast Naruto characters are. Kakashi intercepted lightning. He could have only done this with 3T sharingan. Sasuke with MS could not track V2Ay. Therefore, Ay is above lightning speed, and since KCM Naruto is faster than Ay, well, you get the idea. The "4 swings per second" is not that great of a feat in Naruto.

1.lightning strikes in 1 80th of a second.gtfo out of here if you think pre part 1 kakashi moves that fast.

2.ay only used v1 and suigetsu reacted and blocked his attack..so yeah

3.if you think gai moves anyWhere near light speed gtfo out of here.light speed is several thousands miles a second(forget the exact number).if gai could move that fast it probably wouldn't take him 3days to travel to the hidden sand

Yes he was, but regardless, do you have any form of proof it was lightspeed? Also, I was actually referring to the time it'd take for her to activate it. It's obviously not light speed, because if it was, she would solo all Bleach characters except Yamamoto, and that'd be freaking stupid!


Kaguya would beat Rukia (who has no major strength feats like Ichigo, Aizen, Kenpachi, or Yamamoto) to a bloody pulp before she can use her bankai.
