I couldn't vote for just one Aizen, i'm just gonna say that my favorite Aizen is all his shinigami forms prior to his subjugation of the Hyogoku. That Aizen was truly a beast, he didn't need overwhelming power, you could be 10 times stronger than him and he would still defeat you with the power of his mind. He was always 100 steps ahead of you it seemed and once he fused with the hyogoku he just stopped giving a s@#t and that is why he lost.
