Hmm good question. It couldn't be the prime Hermit, since Kurama wasn't even "alive" when Hogaromo had the juubi inside of him. Since the hermit made Kurama with COAT after he removed their (bijuu chakra) and seperated himself off from the Juubi- I think

I agree with what your saying, if anything sasuke was compared to old Rikudo, who was much much weaker than his prime.

That would result in her being BFR'd unless she comes back, the only way that tactic is working is if she warps him without needing to warp herself to the dimension, and the only way she can do that is by manually dragging him to another dimension, which is not happening when he has PS up.
