If he allows the chakra to mix with his and prevent the bijuus individuality from ever arising this may be possible

Pretha path only lets him absorb ninjutsu/chakra, not manipulate them; he does that himself as any ninja can do with their chakra. Sasuke can't copy the Yin seal since he needs to see how it's done then see how it works before he can try to copy it; also need the ability/skill to do so. Rinnegan and Sharingan never showed to put a person consciousness anywhere or Madara might have tried doing that to another Uchiha.

You do know Madara used Izanagi before being killed right? If Sasuke is dying if old age then that wouldn't really save him. As far as we know, bringing others back to life kills you; Nagato used all of his chakra in his and Madara considered Obito as a puppet to revive him.
