Naruto and Sasuke win last three scenarios, loses first. The last scenario can go either way, but I'm still leaning towards Naruto and Sasuke.

- Continuous Senjutsu enhanced Bijuudama and PS slashes can and will destroy any Mokuton constructs bar SS, even if Madara coated Mokujin. Flower Tree World is countered via Enton Rasenshuriken, especially considering Sasuke is capable of seeing it's chakra.

Myojinmon is hardly going to make a difference, Naruto can dispel his avatar partially and keep going.

- SS is eradicated by a giant Flash Bijuudama and repeated PS slashes(that are above Madara's own), the Bijuudama will be on a different level from before, considering Naruto can focus his Senjutsu chakra, and is cooperative with Kurama.

- Madara's lone PS is getting shat on by Naruto and Sasuke's fusion, not only do they have superior durability, they also have far superior firepower. Sasuke's cloaked PS is beyond Madara's, let alone being fused with BSM avatar.

Overall, Naruto and Sasuke have many counters and versatility. Ranging from Sasuke's summons, Enton usage and superior Kenjutsu to Naruto's own summons, clone usage, Rasengan variants and CQC capabilities (chakra arms, Frog Kata, SM attributes and so on.)

Madara and Hashirama win every scenario.

Madara's PS is by hype and feats greater than Sasuke's PS, even powered up by Naruto's Chakra, since it showed equal power to TBB created by 100% Kurama > Sasuke's PS created by 50% of Kurama's Chakra. As already noted in the databook, Susanoo is construction of the user's Chakra, so the more potent Chakra, the stronger Susanoo. Madara's Chakra is much more potent than Sasuke's, as its nature is closer to Indra's Chakra. So, Sasuke himself is not a factor in fire-power of the 3. Hashirama summons the Shinsuusenju and Madara fuses it with PS, and with 1000 arms wielding blade, you have an attack that can potentially destroy a country.

The God Gates can be thrown at Naruto and Sasuke's avatars, giving Madara enough time to cut them open when they deactivate their Chakra construction.

It's already been portrayed that Naruto and Sasuke surpassed their predecessors after gaining Rikudou's powers. Previous to that, they were inferior in every way.

Yup. Once PS and Bijuu Mode combine, Sasuke gets a Senjutsu Boost for his PS, thus its stronger than Madara's, and when combined with the Sage Kurama Avatar (Better than Full Kurama) you have a being that will put down Shinsuusenju. Madara's PS isn't a factor in SS level combat.

Buddha easily took care of PS - adding Senjutsu won't still save it from 1000 Hands. After that, Kurama will be subdued by Wood Dragon like always.

Madara fodder-stomps Sasuke.

By the way, noticed how I indirectly stated that Hashirama doesn't even need Madara's help to take care of Sasuke's Senjutsu Susano'o - adding Madara would make it worse.

Sasukes PS would still be amplified by senjutsu,
and Narutos Kyuubi has shown to be far superior to the Full Kyuubi and he also has the Senjutsu boosting his TBB,
this PS+Kurama is far superior to EMS MAdaras,

which is where its main offense comes from,
meaning naruto and sasuke would destroy it much easily, and with Sasuke being able to coat Narutos TBB with his PS swords means that SS wont be able to throw the TBB back either,
