Is it;
MS=Frog Senjutsu
EMS=Bijuu

Sasuke's Senjutsu (Rikudo Chakra)<<Naruto's Senjutsu
Sasuke's Sharinnegan>>Naruto's sensory capabilities
Sasuke's eyes=Naruto's Rikudo SM
Naruto's Bijuu enhanced by SM thus more Senjutsu>>Sasuke's eyes
Sasuke's eyes enhanced by Bijuu>>Naruto's Rikudo SM
Naruto's Bijuu enhanced by SM=Sasuke's eyes enhanced by Bijuu

Not too sure.. This isn't who would win a fight, but how their power-ups match up against each others. Thoughts?

Sasuke' pre-cognitive abilities and ability to see chakra is superior to Naruto, as emphasised in the Madara fight.

Not really.

Naruto's Pre-cog and ability to sense chakra is over a massive area , He can sense them and basically see them no matter where they are.
His sensory skills pretty much allows him to create a picture of everything that is going on around at insane distances.

Not only that his sensory abilities helped him avoid attacks from Kaguya that sasuke didn't

While sasuke is limited to FOV (field of vision).

Yes, Sasuke's vision is more limited, I never denied that so I don't see where you're going with this. Doesn't change the fact that Sasuke can know which jutsu is being used prior to its usage, see hand seals a normal eye cannot, see movements in slow motion, see chakra Tenketsu similarly to the Byakugan, as Madara was able to see Gai's Tenketsu, etc. Naruto is only capable of sensing in a larger scale around himself, but the extent to which his focused sensing occurs is lacking when compared to actually seeing it with his own eyes. Sasuke already demonstrated to see Juubito's speed with ease in prior occasions, whereas Naruto had great difficulty predicting his movements. Naruto's only advantage in that case is sensing in a greater field.

Sensors can also predict Jutsu's, Such as how Obito predicted and blocked sasuke's amaterasu by sensing chakra building up in his eye. While sharingan might have a slight advantage in terms of seals, Sensors are better at predicting Jutsu's that require no seals

Pretty sure he had his reinngan active when he did that feat.

Both naruto and sasuke was following Juubito

Yet sasuke failed to defend himself against Kaguya's portal attack

He didn't predict which jutsu he was using though, so the point is moot. Itachi could tell which jutsu Kabuto was going to use before Kabuto himself did and Kakashi did the same with Zabuza. Obito simply blocked an attack he's already seen, so the point is moot.

Yes, and Sasuke has a Rinnegan, which is in fact an eye..

Both naruto and sasuke was following Juubito

Naruto showed difficulty whereas Sasuke was shown to do it casually. Clearly Sasuke received two panels showing his eyes tracking his speed, whereas Naruto received 2 panels showing him having difficulty doing it. So Sasuke remains superior, not to mention he can actually see him move and leave after images with the sharingan.

Yet sasuke failed to defend himself against Kaguya's portal attack

You are taking into account SM's reflex superiority, which the Dojutsu don't grant. If you want to do that then I can play the same game and mention all the Rinnegan techniques and Sharingan techniques his eye grants by itself, in which the Dojutsu's would clearly come out superiorly. Reflexes don't grant direct perceptive skills, so once again, the point is moot.
