Forneverworld said that when Naruto the Last movie is released in Japan it will be offcially released a year later than the release of Japan. Is this true? Will we get Naruto the Last movie on 2016 or in 1.5 Months??(December 6th)

Road to Ninja was released with Korean audio and English subtitles in just a few weeks...
and the HD Japanese version with English sub was released a couple months later!
