This thread is about Sasuke fan's , because when manga stated that Naruto was holding back they said "No that is not true " but when manga stated Sasuke is Hagoromo's level they said "YOU SAW THAT MANGA SAID SASUKE IS HAGOROMO's LEVEL MANGA FACT'S#" . That is " I accept everything I like , but when something is not like I want I will simpy tell that's not true".

I seem to remember them stating that Sasuke was also holding back which is different from Naruto not.
He's not Hagoromo level, he is with the proficiency and mastery of the Rinnegan. The Bijuu chakra would however put him up there.

hmm he did not have feast's in using bijuus , that was showed in last chapter , on other side we know most of Naruto power's and Sasuke by himself stated Naruto was just defending.

Sasuke noted that Naruto had intent to kill him now, and he was shocked by how much Nature chakra Naruto gathered.

Also this harkens back to the Hashirama vs Madara battle, it went the same way.

In the end Hashirama won by entering Sage Mode and going all out despite that he didn't want to kill Madara.

Sasuke's new power is simply his version of the Kyuubi Susanoo except with all 9 bijuu.

Now Naruto gathered a huge amount of chakra and released his final mode, these two modes they have now will decide the fight.
