I agree that eye power is a tool that the user has to train to become skilled at using, but it doesn't change the fact the eye power automatically gives the user jutsu/power.

EI: When Sasuke was fighting Killer Bee he automatically gain the ability to control (extinguish) amaterasu. He didn't know he could do that and even questioned if that power was his new eye power. That what Im talking about.

There are several more examples. In the current chapter Sasuke suddenly gained the ability to absorb chakra. You just proved my point that some people don't want to admit the advantages the eye power gives their users.

Now that i think about it that could of been the Preta Path - im glad you mentioned that,and yes the eye powers deos give the user advantages,but ofcourse they had to learn how to use it.It deos give them abilities but they must learn how to use them,just as everyone has chakra and has to learm how to use it,and everyone has an element but must learn to use it and other techniques.
Sasuke was not automatically able to control the Bijuus or use their power.He also surpress the Kyuubi's power at the begining of part 2,which is more proof that he wasn't suddenly able to handle Bijuu now.

Sasuke before this fight rarely got to show his true feats. He was being held back for plot reasons. Just because Naruto was better against Kaguya, it does not make any sense to leave Sasuke out. Other wise you are seeing what the story is showing you while not seeing the full picture. I had predicted long ago this fight would happen. Hence why Sasuke was being held back. It makes perfect sense to me.

It was more than twice - Shaz posted a third and there's surely more,reread chapters 571- now and you will see more times where the Kyuubi was thinking for Naruto,and eyes and living entities are very different.Eyes are part of the users body naturally - Bijuu are Gigantic living entities with their own chakra,unique powers (Lava,Magnet,etc),their own body etc.Comparing them to a persons body part and acting as if they're the same is dumb.

i said he was only able to use Laval,Magnet etc release because the Bijuu put their nature element into Naruto's RS.He didn't do it on his own,and Sasuke was matching Naruto before he got the Bijuus power,and NOW Naruto is showing that he needs more chakra so you act like its only because Sasuke had the Bijuus chakra that he matched Naruto.

Naruto made three Kyuubi avatars and 3 Bijuu damas and then needed more chakra

If Sasuke never took their power and kept fighting him without it then Sasuke could have still matched those 3 Kyuubi avatar Bijuu damas and Naruto would be out of chakra.

Obvoiusly he didn't absoluetely need their chakra to win.
