Naruto has showed use time and time again he is very smart in battle. You misunderstand what im talking with the eye power. I talking about the fact eye power users can go into battle and gain at jutsu they didn't previously have thanks to their eyes. When Obito was fighting the mist ninjas he gain his phasing jutsu in battle. We know he didn't train for it. When Sasuke was fighting Killer Bee he gain the ability to control Amaterasu in battle. He didn't know he could do that. Yes, I know Sasuke had to work at it to become skilled using that power, but he didn't have to work at it to gain that power.

Sasuke planned to fight Itachi and trained to become stronger for years.he fought Itachi to the piont where he passed at from exhaustion,then he awoken the MS from learning/accepting the truth about Itachi,and learned to use it in battle.He knew of each of it's techniques - Tsukuyomi,Amaterasu,and Susano'o cause he saw Itachi use them against him during their battle.

As for the RinneSharingans Teleportation,im gussing he someone knew just basic info on it when he got the ete like Obito did with Kamui,and Madara with thr Gedo Mazo.

Yes, the tail beast gives him chakra, but they don't give him the ability to control their charka. One of the reasons Kishi had Naruto create rasengans with their chakra was to show us his level of control over their charka.

A sword and eye power are not the same. The rinnegan gives the users the 6 paths ability automatically. Sasuke may have to train to become skilled using that power, but he doesn't have to train to gain that power.

Like I said the eye power and body power have different advantages and disadvantages. Eye power analysis, follow movement, copy jutsu, see through jutsu and even gives the user jutsu. IE: When Sasuke was fighting Naruto at the VOTE the first time his sharingan evolved and he was automatically able to see and follow all of Naruto's body movement. All he did was acknowledge Naruto.

If all it took was was having an eye power to control the Bijuu than all Uchiha would be able to easily get the Bijuu and they would rule the world or something.As Black Zetsu said - The Sharingan is just a Shinobi's weapon.A weapon's strength or weakness is dependent on the user's ability that uses it."

I agree that eye power is a tool that the user has to train to become skilled at using, but it doesn't change the fact the eye power automatically gives the user jutsu/power.

EI: When Sasuke was fighting Killer Bee he automatically gain the ability to control (extinguish) amaterasu. He didn't know he could do that and even questioned if that power was his new eye power. That what Im talking about.
