Also Creation of all things is extremely overrated jutsu, it isn't some kind of power up that makes the user all powerful, its simply a jutsu that creates a solid object using chakra and brings it to life.

Indeed, but even so they are just Yin and Yang chakra, it likely just super boosted it to be able to make the Bijuu, but it is still usable with In'youton.

The Yin-Yang seals were only needed for the sealing of Kaguya. Anyone with sufficient proficiency in Yin-Yang and the necessary amount of chakra can use a variant of CoAT. Sasuke has his Rin'negan which inherently allows the use of Yin and Yang as chakra natures and Naruto has Gudoudama (and most likely Onmyoudon which in itself is Yin-Yang Release) which comprise said chakra natures. Both can theoretically use it should they reach a balance of Yin and Yang.

I'm pretty sure that was an ability he has from Riku's Senjutsu, not the seals. I don't recall or see that the clones have the same seal stamped. But one of them healed Obito using the same ability.

That was a representation of his mastery, not the seals. Naruto was breathing life into the person, which was a proponent of being proficient in Yang (just like Hashirama could breath life into his Mokuton and was able to control is because of his mastery over Yang). Naruto also has Yin Kurama. Once he has Yang Kurama, I wouldn't doubt his ability to use CoAT, even on small scale, as there would be a balance between the two after that.

Sasuke wanted to use the Tailed Beasts power only in order to release the Infinite Tsukuyomi [He explicitly mentions he wants to destroy them], using them for other means [Including momentary power surge] will lead to a Domino effect.​
