Lol no. Alucard is a fodder compared to BM Naruto and above.
Though your statement about most of NV is right technically.
Naruto high and top tiers are far faster and stronger than RVV. City level with prep and charge time is nothing in front of Naruto high tiers.
Even Mountain level > City level.

I haven't read the manga, but I have seen both seasons of R+V. I know that the anime deviates from the manga, but judging from the anime Goku slaughters... Hell, SM Naruto would handle a lot of R+V chars imo (War arc mastery, not the level of VS 6POP, that was his first combat experience.) BM Naruto slaughters the R+V verse imo, let alone DBZ standards.
