The whole clan could possibly overload the giant slug with chakra causing it to split then the main branch could utilise large rotations and 64 palms to pop the smaller portions similar to how neji popped the giant spider by using chakra to invade and destroy.
acid should be blocked by the main branch with large rotations and air walls,along with there byakugans nd brains..

Katsuyu survived large scale ST, CT and full blown Kyuubi chakra. No physical attack no matter how big or small is hurting her.

large rotations and air walls from the main branch should handle the acid while gentle palm should pop the smaller portions as it did kido's giant spider..I can also see them coming up with a plan..
