So, is it right for me to assume that Naruto fans are admitting that Naruto has CONSTANTLY fought with borrowed power?

Are Naruto fans finally stepping up and saying that Naruto has been using borrowed power since the beginning of part one?

Almost every character has used borrowed power anyways so I don't know why people even try to use this as a way to diminish their value.
