Kishi is making the same thing again again and again

Fodderuke fights with someone who is clearly stronger than him.He either nerfs fodduruke's enemy or he buffs fodderuke.Sometimes he does both of that.Like i stated in one of my threads before he nerfed dms(double ms) kakashi so that he couldnt solo his fodderuke in 10 sec.He did not make naruto go serious because until 696 fodderuke was like 2-3 tiers below from naruto.And now he gives foddure a random power up again but he is still no match for naruto or even double ms kakashi.I hope he wont nerf naruto this time.
