Lol, it makes a difference as Sasuke doesn't need to rely on the bijuu's cooperation to get bijuu chakra. Technically, Naruto has to. Since Sasuke doesn't need to rely on the bijuu's cooperation, Sasuke got bijuu chakra using his own capabilities, and so, he didn't borrow them. And true, he has additional power but he still got it with his own power.

Actually no one is saying he's cheating. Naruto fans are pointing out how Sasuke needed assistance to fight a kinda weakened Naruto (by that I mean with nit much chakra left)

I'm a fan of neither and personally I see nothing wrong with them using tail beasts.

However I find Sasuke fans to be highly hypocritical and double faced. Now that their Lord is using an outside source of power they are giving the most absurd excuses.
