By yourlogic why didn't naruto turn into the sage WAY back in the beginning of the fight when obito was still masked ?
You know when he clearly had a ll the bijuu chakra after helping goku break free from the chakra chains ?

Oh thats right because he doesn't have the necessary DNA nor did he have the Gedo Mazou
