2 things bro, 1 he isn't using their individual aspects like Naruto did, 2 Naruto needs help from the bijuu to use those individual powers, evidence being the last chapter where he only used 2 rasengan variants, just like Sasuke, Naruto too has too get used to the powers

With the 6 tomoe rinnegan sasuke can master any jutsu in a second, and he can solo all nine bijuu in half a second. Nagato couldnt handle kurama alone yet sasuke soloed all nine.

But ya naruto is still stronger for sure.

i don't recall seeing much of anyone disputing Naruto needs as far as using the bijuu chakra goes. However, a certain fanbase has been praising Sasuke for not needing any to prove how superior he was to Naruto, only now this chapter proved otherwise and said fanbase have trouble accepting it. The irony lies in the fact that even when Sasuke managed to get a little bit of shine, they were still left having to eat a lot more crow.
