Its confirmed, now that hes using all the bijuu he's the strongest Shinobi alive. Madara, Kaguya and Hagoromo are gone, so there is no denying Sasukes words of being greatest now. Madara might come back, but I doubt he will regain his peak form. The only thing that could stop Sasuke is talk no jutsu.

Sasuke 1 Rinnegan + Bijuu > Naruto Sad, but true
