That's the Juubi's Eye which Madara got from becoming the Juubi jin amd becoming close to the Moon.Sasuke eye is not the same as Madara's,and Kaguya's.How he got it and the appearance itself. His is purple and their's is red,plus where it's placed is different.His is his main eye and their's is the third eye.

In the movie his eye looks very different in the pupil it looks to form a diamond of some sorts.... I wonder what it means.... XD
