If ninjutsu is purely restricted Naruto still wins. 1 tail blocks PS blade other tails whack it to pieces.

Kurama Avatar was fighting on par with Sasuke's Susanoo in canon, don't know which one would win though, on paper I'd say the Kurama Avatar.

PS has a better defence without a doubt but when it comes to offense for right now I'd say PS gains the slight edge but that could change since Sasuke did say Naruto was holding back a lot of his power and he was on the defensive for most of the fight so I guess we'll to wait and See.

Well, the 2 constructs were stalemating last chapter. I would give the slight edge to the kyuubi avatar, although we should have more information next chapter.

PS w/o the ability to use jutsu like chidori gets destroyed by kurama avatar as PSʻs strongest attack is only equal to a tail slap while it has no answer for bijuudama or a bijuudama thatʻs far larger than PS itself.ʻ

Even if bijuudama was restricted, the Kyuubi avatar should win since it has 9 tails while PS only has 2 swords.

Yes, TBB is ninjutsu and TBB comes in various forms, a Bijuu can form a TBB with its chakra arms similarly to how it forms it with its mouth, so he's still at an advantage.

In strict CQC, Viz has already shown that Naruto's Avatar lost a tail, so Sasuke's PS is stronger than Naruto's Avatar at this point in time. [

Same scan shows sasuke lost his susanoo sword as well. Naruto has 9 tails to lose, Sasuke only has 2 swords. Then thereʻs the fact that when naruto hits his hardest, his chakra punches are on the level of kaguyas, and she destroyed sasukeʻs PS with just four punches.

Narutoʻs avatar is above Sasukeʻs PS.
