He has already said that he doesn't care what other people think. He also said that he wants everyone to hate him. That has nothing to do with happiness. Naruto will actually go out of his way to make sure that he makes everyone around him happy. That's why he isn't trying to kill Sasuke.
Sasuke is sacrificing himself to nothing. How many times do I have to explain this? Naruto renders Sasuke's martyrdom obsolete, because Naruto can actually eliminate hatred instead of trying to somehow direct it all toward one person. Sasuke is just scared of being loved and/or loving anyone else. That's his real reason. That's why he wants to kill Naruto.
He wants everyone to focus their hate on him and not each other,so they won't be fighting each other.Instead they will cooperate to go against him.
and you said he only cares for himself then chuloe easily showed you that he cared for others, instead of admitting he was right you instead said him sacraficing himself is nothing.

Y'all need to watch Code Geass. Then you'll understand.
Awesome thread btw.
IF you guys actually want to use logic in this thread, then you should be asking yourselves; what is happiness? Can you even tell what it is, or is happiness individual? Or what is peace, what Naruto wants to do might not be peace for everyone, same goes for Sasuke.
People who are deniying that it needs both of them definitely need a new brain. Not only has it been foreshadowed in the manga (yin/yang)- no, you could also just use logic, but I guess that word is foreign in your vocabulary.

You shouldn't put semicolons where they don't belong. Please explain to me how, logically, Naruto will be unable to create peace without Sasuke. As I said earlier, Naruto is willing to personally make sure that every individual is happy with the world he creates. And peace really isn't a subjective thing.

Lelouch's plan required him to actually make personal sacrifices, not just sacrifice others. And seeing as though everyone is but Sasuke is perfectly content in helping Naruto achieve his goals, it might say you're the one in dire need of a new brain.

Then answer my questions first. Is peace individual? Is happiness?
And how is Naruto gonna make sure that EVERY individual is happy? If he wants to follow Itachis words why SHOULDN'T he need Sasuke to bring "peace"?He shouldn't do everything all alone either, right?

Happiness is. Peace exists on an individual level but it also has a near-universal meaning. And Naruto is not doing anything alone. Sasuke isn't the only other person in the world.
I am going to leave now. I haven't eaten all day, and I'm starting to let that affect my mood too much. I don't really think that anything more needs to be said in this thread anyway.
wanting to be the center of attention is not making a sacrifice. Because to make a sacrifice, one has to actually lose something. Sasuke stands to lose nothing because he didn't care about others' opinions about him before this.
umm how does he want to be the center of attention if he wants to establish peace from the shadows? The same thing itachi did but on a larger scale. No doubt he will be center of attention but he doesn't want to be. When has he ever wanted to be the center of attention lmao. He wishes to forsake his happiness in order to bring peace. The true meaning of hokage = fire shadow, enforcing justice from the shadows.

That's the reason I made this thread to show everyone that they both need each other so that true peace and revolution can be obtained. People just don't understand that or they simply don't want to understand it.

no naruto cannot eliminate the worlds hatred with only his method., he cant control the actions of every single person. there would always be someone looking to do things his way which is different from naruto. hashirama and all his kind have all failed in the past so theres no reason why it would different this time. you cant try the same things over again and expect something different, at times a new approach to a probem is needed and thats were sasuke comes in but sasuke still has his own flaws hence it requires a balance of both imo.

Nagato, Obito, and Madara were seeing pointing out the aim for the agenda was for peace. I don't recall a moment where Sasuke even mentions peace. You guys keep throwing arguments like this around, but you can't specify a single moment where Sasuke actually says this was for anything other than him simply wanting to be the center of everybody's attention.

Exactly. I don't understand how people can confidently choose one over the other when neither is right by themselves. It's like the OP's post has gone completely over their heads

He deosn't trust that Naruto can bring peace to the world which is understandable, considering he hasn't been reading Naruto each week for years, and you said this,"Sasuke does not care about anyone's happiness but his own."
and what did he choose to do after hearing what Itachi and Hashirama had to say about the mistakes they made? Oh yeah, the exact same thing. Maturity implies someone actually learns something. Simply hearing words doesn't make one mature. They have to actually learn from those words.
because it is childish. What else do you call opting not to cooperate because you want everybody to pay attention to you?
Itachi didn't do what he did thinking he knew what was best for the whole world. Your logic isn't flying here.
tell me where Sasuke specifically says his agenda is for peace. Go ahead, tell me. I'll wait.
you mean why am i ignoring your logic? Easy. It's because i don't recall a single moment where Sasuke specifically mentions anything about wanting others to be happy in his plans. All he ever basically mentions about anybody's emotions are negative ones, and that he wants to be at the center of them all.
Basically you want to ignore how Sasuke wants to protect Konoha, and have everyone focus their hate only on him instead of each other so you can act like Sasuke's bad.You want ignore how he wants to deal with all the darkness himself and act like it's not to bring peace on the world just because Sasuke didn't say the word peace.
What he is doing is not childish. What you're doing is childish. You deny Logic and Facts cause they don't support your bias.Wanting to deal with everyones hatred yourself so no one else has to suffer is not childish.
Having heard the life story of the Founding Farther to Konoha, and the current Shinobi Village System who is known as the God Of Shinobi, and learning the History between him,Madara,Uchiha,Senju etc who were not only at the top of the Shinobi world but found and created Konoha which the other Lands based their system on gives him way more insight on the world than the average individual who is ignorant on this.
Lelouch's plan required him to actually make personal sacrifices, not just sacrifice others. And seeing as though everyone is but Sasuke is perfectly content in helping Naruto achieve his goals, it might say you're the one in dire need of a new brain.
Isn't Sasuke sacrificing himself for the world? Isn't Sasuke trying to sever all his connections like his bond with Naruto who he said was the closest friend he ever had?

Yes,Sasuke wants to be the only one in darkness because he just wants everyones attention.lol if he is the ONLY one in darkness then what deos that mean? that everyone else is in the light? if he is the ONLY one who has hatred then what deos that mean? That everyone is happy? of everyone is happy then what is that like? Peace?
oh wait Sasuke hasn't said the word "peace" so lets negate/ignore/reject egerything he is saying and plans on doing that shows he wants peace like freeing everyone from the Infinite Tsukuyomi, getting rid of the Bijuu so no one fcan ever abuse their power anymore and use it for evil, becoming Hokage, proctecting Konoha, and what i said above.

Talks about abolishing the darkness plaguing the villages.
He doesn't say peace directly but seriously dude what the hell else is he talking about. Read 694 again because you haven't understood a word sasuke has said or haven't interpreted it properly
