Thd Kyuubi Avatar was what Naruto needed to guard himself against Sasuke's PS.If he instead made clones then those clones would of gotten slashed,and besides he couldn't have possibly made 9 clones and have them load up those RasenShurikens - he only had a few seconds to counter Sasuke who was charging at him fast.

The Kyuubi Avatar was the best option to go with to counter the PS.But let's ignore logic and act like he would make 9 clones instead.

Those pages show what i'm saying,but i shall explain it with words aswell.Naruto was only able to make all those clones because the Kyuubi loaded up chakra for him,and Even if Naruto did create,let's say - 9 clones instead of using the Kyuubi's Avatar - he wouldn't be able to create all those Rasenshuriken's silmalteneously - he was only able to do that because all the Bijuu helped him but now they are all under Genjutsu and sealed.

i'm saying Sasuke using all the Rinnegan powers or atleast 2 or 3 is plausible amd shouldn't be a surprise considering he has the potential to use them.

Since he awakened the MS,Sasuke has always leared how to use his powers in battle.

MS - Amaterasu in the KB battle
-Susano'o in the Kage Summit,especially the Danzo battle
RinneSharingan - Teleportation in the Madara and Kaguya battles
and he clearly got a good understanding of how to use CT from sealing Kaguya,hence Neg Diff 9 Fully Transformed Bijuu with it.

Once he gets used to his powers he uses them alot better.
