I think naruto knows sasukes jutsu limit.
Sasuke isn't impenetrable.
I don't think sasuke could move fast enough to even get out of the blast range of narutos offensive powerhouse type attacks.

Naruto is indeed superior but for the sake of plot kishi will never give Naruto killing intent towards sasuke. Naruto will never go 100% on sasuke. Its similar to SS2 Goku vs Majin vegeta, goku already obtained SSJ3 but for the sake of plot he fought vegeta as equals SSJ2.

you say no need for special eyes....but sasuke does have special eyes nad uses them
sasuke can fly too via his hawk thing,teleport, or his sasunoo
sasuke has his own ultimate defense defense (sasunoo)
naruto doesnt have the ability to use all natures (he used up all the rest of the bijuss nature chakra)
