What if Minato was still around?

Would orochimaru even attacked the village all the time ago? Would the Akatsuki have been stooped sooner? Would jiriya have been alive? Would the 4th shinobi world war even have started? Would obito have came back to the leaf? Would hiruzen have still died? Would naruto be as strong as he is now? Would the uchiha have still been planning a rebellion?

Those are some of the things I just want to be answered so if there are any minato fans that would like to help plz do or anyone for that matter that has some answers

Just because he was defeated doesn't mean, he would be afraid of him. Obito would be a lot more confident during the war because he would have the gedo mazo, bijuu and possibly the rinnegan on his side.

I think Minato would have controlled the political fallout from the kyuubi attack better than Hiruzen did, assuming that he survived it of course. So the Uchiha massacre may not have happened.

More importantly, Minato had intel on Tobi's appearance and abilities, which might have led to discovering his identity.

1) Uchiha Massacre probably still would have went down. but Would have went down a lot differently.
2) Danzo would probably have been more active in trying to get rid of Minato
3) Kushina would proably still be the Kyuubi Jin so Akatsuki would be after her not Naruto
4) Pain's attack on the village would probably still have gone down
5) The akatsuki would still do what they do
6) The Hyuuga Affair might have led to war between Kanoha and Kumo though as Minato and Aye are pretty much rivals.
7) Obito/Tobi would still attack the leaf. But it would have went down differnetly as Minato survived it and by that extent Kushina as well.
8) Itachi might not have joined the Akatsuki and probably would have still been an ANBU captain
9) Sasuke wouldn't have left the leaf to aqcuire power to kill Itachi
10) Naruto would probably have learned FTG and Uzumaki sealing jutsu from Kushina
