Everyone is pretty OP once they get rikudo chakra. But if everyone was OP, then their OPness would still be on a scale. I'm a Tenten fan, but she's never given enough screen time, so we don't know her full potential - is weapons her only thing? She's not the only character that would be a waste though...

Should make a thread about everyone with Rikudo Chakra. Who has the most potential, excluding the main cast?
