I saw some funny posts in threads on assumptions concerning the rikudou's chakra that strengthened obito's power in kakashi. Firstly people need to know Obito is one of the characters with the strongest chakra by feats. His half is made up of zetsu, cultivated from hashi cells + gedo mazou (which was used to cultivate it). Obito's chakra clearly from time contained part of the gedo's chakra + hashi's chakra that's definitely why he's able to utilise kamui to a great extent without going blind. Having this strong chakra made him utilise madara's rinnegan and control both the gedo and 7 tailed beasts. This is sure quite a feat. His stamina and chakra really showed itself here but people still miss some of these things. Again he became the juubi's junchuuriki and like gaara, even after the beast is extracted, there's still a part of it, or its chakra left in you. That's why he was able to extract part of the ichibi and hachibi from madara.
As seen here obito is able to directly link his chakra to that of the bijuus since he still has part of them in him just as naruto with part of the bijuu chakra was able to extract them from Juubito.
So obito from the juubi already had the six path chakra, and later on became kurama's jinchuuriki before transferring to naruto.
After this Naruto still used chakra directly from the sage to heal obito, though not completely, but he transferred some chakra into obito.
And still tried stuffing him with chakra again
Lastly the reson obito wasnt able to use his power fully was because he was weak, like he was at his limit, the whole war up to extraction of the bijuu, gedo, rinne tensei and forceful revival with naruto's chakra, he's body probably couldn't handle all that. That's why when he transferred into kakashi, kakashi showed what having obito's eyes and the six paths chakra results to. Note obito's chakra came from his crumbled body, I actually think its due to kaguya's dimension, the way she is able to absorb chakra from this dimension, like her dimensions have a special property with chakra or something.
Well I hope people stop saying there's no way Obito's MS could pull PS even by a non uchiha. Obito typically transferred into kakashi for a limited time for him to utilise his chakra. That's why this could happen:
