So yes im gonna predict what will happen in each chapter
Chapter 696:Some talking between Naruto and Sasuke wit little action
Chapter 697: More action Between Naruto and Sasuke and less talking
Chapter 698: Naruto vs Sasuke ended , Sasuke is changed and he goes back like he was before and even better(i think) and release of Infinite Tsukoyomi and the bijuus
Chapter 699: Orochimaru , Kabuto and Sasuke's fates, A little time skip that reveals the pairings .The last page Naruto as Hokage.

This is my prediction , do u think it would be that way in a way?

My prediction is that the final chapter will end on a cliff hanger. Considering that were in the middle of a fight and there's only 4 chapters left.

698: The tnj battle begins and they prepare for a final clash
699: This chapter is mostly unpredictable and will decide what part 3 and movie will be about,

I think they didn't announce the ending until Kishi was completely done inking the chapters, just in case something happened in the meantime.
I think the fight can easily be wrapped up in 3 more chapters and release IT and the tailed beasts in the final chapter.
If Kishi doesn't at least match the last chapter in the Pein Invasion Arc as far as Naruto going home and getting a hero's welcome, it will be disappointing by comparison.
Sasuke will get a hero's welcome, too, but will opt to travel and preach ninshuu (hence the strange clothes in The Last.)

697: more fighting but no new techniques especially not from Naruto, we'll get another rasengan if any thing.
698: climax of the fight followed by some bs conclusion that someone will later make a thread about to justify it. And we'll all just kind of go ...meh. like Kakashi's PS
699: No pairings whatsoever once again, this is kishi. Kakashi for hokage with Naruto as the next. Tons of questions left unanswered that we will assume will be answered in The Last movie but they won't....Boom That's the way the cookie crumbles
