Second again Kakashi's pre-cog allowed him to intercept a jutsu that was meant for a tacticion and a fat guy, its not too far off to say that had he been aiming at Kakashi he could of been able to up the speed.... however if sasuke defends from Kakuzu's Katon by covering himself with snakes he immediatly gets impaled by the gian while he can't see anything which is said to have incredibly piercing abilities

And DB speed doesn't account for Shunshin, merely non-chakra enhanced base stats. It's irrelevant when talking about shunshin speeds and I can present more than enough Shunshin feats on Sasuke's part to put him in his own tier in comparison to Kakashi. Had this not been doton it would of been useless don't even bring up that it could travel back to Kakuzu because it only did that to Deidara because the Raiton chakra canceled out the doton leaving an open path, however Kakuzu's threads already have chakra in them so nothing is getting by that... At all Kakuzus threads are easily usable
