What names would be used for the other 4 elements and what shape?

Would a Lightning one be a Cannon or an enhanced Chidori?

Earth = Muddy?

Lightning one wouldn't be enhanced chidori as it still isn't a jab. :| Idk, it'd be a literal ball of spinning lightning that'd **** shit up.
Earth, Idk, just throw rocks at some ****. Rocks are Obito's weakness though, so it should be effective. Lol

theyʻd all be rasenshurikens. Youton-rasenshuriken, blue katon-rasenshuriken, acid-rasenshuriken, suiton-rasenshuriken naruto did all of this against kaguya, and sadly we didnʻt get to see these cool new rasengans, they were all rasenshurikens that had a kekke genkai or different element rather than fuuton.

Rasenshuriken is a way naruto is able to apply any element that he has mastered to the rasengan. There are probably other ways to apply an element to the rasengan, but we havenʻt seen them.

Futon rasengan is a rasengan with a element added to it.

Futon Rasenshuriken is a entirely different technique(though similar looking) that naruto made that was much more powerful, focusing more on the wind element.

Water fire and lightning rasengans would work alright. But it is hard to imagine a earth rasengan.(and what a water rasengan would do)

This. But not quite always the case.
Regular Rasengan -> Elemental Rasengan -> Elemental Rasenshuriken

Rasenshuriken is the completed, or at least the most complete version of Rasengan. Though he can still use elemental Rasengans, since he created far advanced versions already.

Creating Lava Raseshuriken would mean he can use a Lava Rasengan. Another instant is when he created Magnetic Rasenshuriken and Magnetic Rasengan.
