No Black Chidori? Sasuke was clearly holding back!

Black Chidoru was shown to imobilize gods like Jubi Madara.

Madara could not move, so he replaced himself with Rimbo Clone.

It is the stronghest form uf chidori.

Naruto was also holding bakc,but Sasuke was holding back more.

I don't think the mark makes a black Chidori. Black Chidori was first introduced when Sasuke used curse mark with his Chidori. We learned from Oro that the curse mark is like watered down SM in some ways. When Sasuke used it against Madara, it was after he received power from the Sage. And he used against a Juubi Jin. It wouldn't have been wise of Hagoromo to power up Sasuke without giving him a means to hurt a Juubi Jin. It's not far-fetched to say that The black Chidori happens because of senjutsu
