Toki is a well built teenager, his height is approximately that of kakashi, he has long gold hair which is rare among the Mandalore Clan members. His hair covers his right eye at most times, his hair reaches above his shoulder and is always fashioned in an 'elegant mess' fashion. Toki has heterochromia, his right eye is honey colored, while his left eye is sky blue colored. He is also renounced as a chain smoker so he always has a lighter with him. Toki is usually seen in his school uniform which constitutes of a white shirt a green jacket with it's sleeves rolled up to his elbow, and a red tie, he wears dark green pants which have lines on them and they are also roller over like his sleeves but to his Knee area, the pant is buckled through a dark green belt at his waist area.
At other times he replaces the green jacket with a blue one but he doesn't roll up the sleeves, he leaves them down, and when he is wearing the blue jacket, he wears a black&blue colored tie, and plain blue plants which are buckled up with a plain white belt. He also occasionally wears a black eye-patch which covers his right eye.
Personality:
Toki is known to be a very straight forward kind of guy, he doesn't hesitate to state his mind and make it clear regardless of the consequences. Toki is also some-what of a pervert as he doesn't hesitate to hit on a girl even I'm the midst of battles, he also uses the transformation Jutsu in order to turn himself into a little boy, in which he acts like a lost child, this causes females to hug him and what-not giving Toki some 'chest action'.
Toki has a very high sense of justice towards the world despite his perviness, he spends most of his time seeking evil doers in the world, in order to punish them or rather judge them as he says, when he 'judges' them he says "Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, and The Steel Hammer of Justice for Evil" after saying that the evil doers will faith his wrath, he usually judges/kill people by using metals.
He also believes that he himself is evil due to him killing a lot of people, but he says "I'll become the ultimate evil in order for this world to achieve peace"

Description: This is the basis of the clans abilities. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan. The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.
Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.
Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu.
-Chakra Sensing Using the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.
-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.
-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.
-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu (+15). This can be done twice per battle and lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 1: The user's speed is increased 50%. Lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 2: The user's speed is doubled. Lasts one turn.
-Strength Stimulant LVL 1: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +15 damage. Lasts two turns.

Toki grew up without knowing his father or his family until he was at least 4-8 years old. On the first day of meeting his new family, he was met by his blood sister Nenene, who thought he was an angel and wanted to prove it.
Little is known about the early days of Toki, all that is known is that he was born in the land of demons, this caused a shroud of mystery to arise around Toki as he grew up, this often led to him getting into fights with people he meet. As he grew older Toki began to develop extreme love for women, he often chased women around and hit on them, this lead to him getting hit by women, but to solve this problem he transformed himself to a young boy, and acted as if he were lost, so the ladies will hug him and kiss him. Throughout his travels Toki began to train himself gaining more and more power, his ultimate goal was to be the kage of a great village. He also had a great passion for taijutsu and kenjutsu. Nenene decided that she would teach Toki how to become a ninja. Toki then learned few ninja techs and now he still strives to become a splendid shinobi.
As he got older, Toki was very distant from his father, for unlike his sister, he possessed no ninja talent. He soon wanted to run away from home because he knew his father no longer cared for him as he said, "Nenene will be the sole successor, there's no need for others." When Nenene asked him why he was leaving, Toki explained that "There's no need for anyone without ninja talent to be in this house," which is why he felt he should leave. Toki possibly reconsidered his actions and stayed with her and his father.

Kenjutsu: As he was trained by the master himself Shura Kaguya, he perfected the arts of swords. His latent ability enables him to be able to wield most swords with maximum proficiency. He is also skilled at wielding two swords. Because of that he mastered several dual sword styles.
Weapon (s):
1). Katana:
He normally has a normal ninja carbon steel sword along his left waist which he usually carries with him most of the time. He normally uses it when he is in close range or launching sword flying attacks. It has a balck hilt and silver lining along its sharp side.
2). Bronze Arrow Bow:
Also on his back he has a golden arrow bow that is made from bronze and its arrows are also bronze. He always carries this because of hunting purposes. The bow has sharp cutting ends that can give anyone minor cuts and can stab a person. The arrows to them ninja ropes and paper tag bombs can be attached at the arrows ends if necessary.

At about the most things that are awesome about him its that Toki usually has two ninja pouches. The one on the left on his back has all the ninja tools like kunais, shurikens, explosive tags and ninja ropes. On his right he has another ninja pouch that inside it consists of smoke, flash bombs but the most significant one is the scroll that has a sign "steel".
