Anyways, even though I consider naruto as a 2 on 1 against sasuke, I think that the friendship established with kurama makes it acceptable, especially since that is one of the themes in naruto.
The argument is a moot point anyways since it'll happen regardless.

Naruto is not returning Kurama's Charka therefore it is not a borrowed power

Wrong. We have seen Lee walk on top of water so he uses chakra and he uses the "gates". A technique that increases in chakra flow in ones body.

It does increase the chakra flow in the body, doesn't mean it's remotely usable. Chakra is utilized to create jutsu, lee's taijutsu relies solely on strength vs neji's is internal. This has been stated by Gai himself.

The 9 tails held Naruto back throughout most the manga because he made it harder for him to control his chakra and power. Naruto was always outnumber because he had to fight against his opponent and the 9 tails.

You are just mad that Sasuke's power comes from the 10 tails like all power in the manga. But unlike Naruto's power he never had to worry about his power killing him or holding him back.

No. This post is Fail. The manga stated (so its fact) that all power and chakra comes from the 10 tails. You are just mad Sasuke power also comes from the 10 tails. Like I said "what a joke".
