But he gave Naruto the Gudo Dama after giving him Yang powers, so it's safe to assume it came from the Yang itself. More so, the staff itself is made of Gudo Dama, the shakujo variant. He has the staff, so he has the Gudo Dama. Yea, that's true, he lacks the Bijuu, but his experience and proficiency with the Gudo Dama should overwhelm Naruto imo.

You can't assume the Sword of Nunboku will have that much power to destroy the world. You have to know that Juubi powers-up Hagoromo massively. This is Yang Hagoromo only, who has the same power as Naruto, and even less if taken consideration that the latter has the Bijuu's powers on top of that. Naruto also has his Ninjutsu Rasengan tools, advantage of numbers, and all of his base abilities over Hagoromo.
