Minato was LATERALLY at the very end of the village, and Kurama was outside of the village, yet it did not take Minato even a second
to reach him. 100m is NOTHING.

as for his water jutsu, what stops Minato from teleporting it even if he used it?

I assume Edo Tensei is restricted, otherwise Tobirama kills the third and sacrifices Tsunade to return Hiruzen. Paper bomb shit storm GG.

Otherwise; Tobirama and Minato mid diff. Really, the other two can't offer shit so I'll just exclude them. Minato and Tobirama just need to mark him and constantly deal damage with their kunai/sword until Kisame is unable to regen.

Can't Daikodan be used to absorb all the explosive chakra from the paper tags and nullify the explosion? And won't they be drained of chakra by constantly teleporting to Kisame? (Remember, Tobirama/Minato lose chakdra just by tagging Kisame with a FTG formula
