Naruto has a miniscule fraction of each Bijuu, yet he still has their consciousness and presence within him. The same can likely be said for Bee.

Nope. Bee only have chakra, nowhere does it show or imply Bee having the 8 tails mind in him. Naruto was given chakra by the Bijuus yet they never talked or anything until Naruto had all 9 Bijuus inside him. The 8 tails even said he'll go back to Bee which implies he's not there either.

Just having a portion of the Bijuu's chakra splits the Bijuu's consciousness. Naruto has proven this.

I'm not saying it's consistent, but Naruto has just as much of the Hachibi as Bee does at this point, and he has a fully conscious being.

Perhaps it's due to the willingness to share chakra.

Can the Bijuu still break Naruto out ofGenjutsu? I'm honestly asking this,it's not sarcasm.The Bijuu helped Naruto out in the Madara and Kaguya battles but are now trapped in Genjutsu and sealed,and they haven't appeared at all since,even with Naruto and Sasuke fighting.So i'm thinking they can't help him at all.

The tail was cut off as the 8 tail was being pulled into Gedo Mazo so Bee had some of the 8 tails chakra but that doesn't mean the chakra is active. Naruto had chakra from 2-7 including Yang Kurama yet none of the Bijuus were interfering in any of Naruto's fights until he got all 9 chakra. If Naruto couldn't access the Bijuus to where they can communicate with him then why would Bee when the 8 tails was taken? Yes the chakra in Bee can talk as the 8 tails but from what we've seen, the chakra doesn't react as the Bijuu. It didn't with Kin, Gin, or Naruto.
