Sasukes arsenal is about to increase tremendously. He can now use ninjutsu with his susanoo and charge up all his chidori, katon, sharigan/rinnegan techs through his susanoo. I had a similar theory to this because Susanoo is just a manifestation of chakra it makes since his susanoo can do anything he can do at a larger scale.

Techniques : Susanoo Kirin, Susanoo Grandfireball, Susanoo CT, Susanoo Preta Path the list goes on.

If Sasuke can utilise Chidori through his PS on a much larger scale, he can channel chakra through his PS to execute jutsu's. I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be capable of using Jutsu's through his Susano if he's already demonstrated being capable of doing one, which required adding elemental nature and Ketai Henka. Moulding merely elemental chakra without using the Ketai Henka is a simple task, hence him not being able to do so is completely illogical.

Its a highly educated guess. If he can use chidori which reguires his lightning nature and shape manipulation what's stopping him from other techs like chidori stream and katon. He has also already used eye powers with Susanoo, it's pretty obvious he can use any tech combined with Susanoo.
