He squinted his eyes as he looked at the man, who was quite some distance from him. With a simple touch, Minato placed a FTG seal on his own right thigh without an indication. A precaution of sorts. With elegance, Minato walked a bit forwards, and asks the man;
"Are you perhaps, the 3rd Kazekage? I thought you were dead.."
Minato pondered. If this man was dead, how is he here now? And what could his motives be? Only time will tell, and Minato was ready to be offensive.

The Sandaime Kazekage starring back, at the fairly-tall, slender Blonde-Haired Man looking over at his opponents headband takes heed that he is of Konohagakure, a Leaf Shinobi. "He must be strong" the Sandaime Kazekage thought to himself, Konohagakure doesn't raise sleezy Shinobi..
"You. Young Man, may I ask of your name? I am The Sandaime Kazekage. I take it you're from the Village Hidden in Leaves? It's been quite awhile since I've seen that magnificent Village. Are we still at War?"
You see the Sandaime Kazekage had many questions about the present time.. He had been long since deceased up until now, receiving an anonymous resurrection from an unknown source. Taking another glance at the Blonde-Haired Man, The Sandaime Kazekage had noticed an aggressive expression sweep across the strangers face, changing his outlook on the situation readying himself for an assault by gathering a large quantity of Iron Sand from the surrounding terrain.
"Don't be so eager to fight youngin'.. I was recently brought back to life via unknown means. I just want answers.. Who are you? What's the current state of the Villages Trust? I need answers.."

"Minato Namikaze, current Hokage of Konohagakure. We and the Sand are currently.... at war."
Minato wasn't one for lying, but he knew this could cause trouble. The ninja of the Sand Village weren't known for their kindness. They were also quick to act, and powerful. Minato looked at the Kazekage, he didn't know much about him, but not just anyone became Kazekage back then. It was because he was something special.
"I believe this makes us enemies, since you were once a Kazekage. As a leader of a village, I know. An enemy of my village, is my enemy."
Minato then emits a spear of Lightning from his mouth, and launches it towards the Kazekage. This was merely a distraction, as Minato, quickly after, launched a single FTG kunai high in an arc towards the Kazekage. Then with a few hand seals, he multiplied them into a thousand copies that would rain down upon the Kazekage and the surrounding area.
"I'm sorry, I don't trust any Sand ninja, alive or "dead".

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.
"I see.. How distasteful.. My Village, my People.. Even after death are still uncanny shinobi regarding continental trust."
The Kazekage sighs, with a disdainful frown on his face upon hearing the news regarding his Village's childish demeanor towards The Village Hidden in Leaves. "What exactly was the purpose of my Death then?!" The Kazekage pondered in his mind. "I allowed a traitorous child from my own village to take my life with the notion that fighting alone isn't the correct answer!". The Kazekage fixated his expression back from frustrated, to focused noticing Minato on the edge of taking initiative, pushes the Iron Sand to his far (Mid-Range) 3, 6, & 9 o'clock direction all while circling (the gathered from the first turn) Iron Sand around his feet (3-4 feet)
"It seems I have no choice, but to fight after-all.. Minato was it? You have an admirable trait, the very fact you're taking to the offensive without hesitation against your Village's current enemy takes heart. Will for your Village is your birthright, something many Shinobi from my time did not have. I admire you Minato, for that very trait. However, assessing your opponent recklessly won't get you far remember this."
The Kazekage once again sighs at the seemingly dire situation, "War.. I'm so tired of it all." he nonchalantly announced. Seconds after his encouraging words to Minato, The Kazekage noticed a bright energy coming from his opponents mouth, pointing in his direction. "A lightning projectile hm? .. Interesting." Seconds later, The Kazekage then notices Minato throwing a Kunai which then multiplied into a vast amount instantly aimed directly above The Kazekage. Erecting Iron Sand from his frontal view upon the ground, The Kazekage forms a shield to take head-on the Lightning Projectile nullifying both techniques. Reinforcing the already deteriorating Iron Sand (formerly deconstructed by Minato's lightning projectile) with more Iron Sand, The Kazekage positions the Iron Sand above his head constructing it into a Long-Narrow Octagon shape container (like a test tube); successfully blocking, entrapping, and crushing all the kunai (except several surrounding his feet 4-5 feet away from him) previously thrown his way.
The Kazekage further manipulating the Iron Sand above his head, applies the same tactic Minato formerly tried to establish, by molding the Iron Sand into several (15) one, and a half long meter senbon firing them into Minato's 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, well as his incoming Left & Right direction.
"Not bad, but you can do better."
