My scans prove that neji will not simply be launched in the air like what your saying since byakugan gives him full awareness of everything nd his pts skills prove he is well able to shift himself in mid air witho clones or stn..Air palm in the databook was stated to be a high speed palm attack and with neji's striking speed it will hit sakura way before she hits the ground and neji is faster when it comes to evading

Iv already proven he can air shift and with his awareness via byakugan there is no way sakura is hitin him with a jump tactic as he can turn it to her disadvantage by knocking her back with a swif air palm,throwing kunai or using his better CQC skills to meet her mid air to evade her strike and finish her while she cant properly defend.She also runs a very heavy risk using her AOE punches as that can give neji cover to which byakugan comes in play for deady results as we've seen is a weakness to sakura's CES,Rotation can intercept juubi spikes

There's still the problem of Neji not being able to put Sakura down for the count, Yin Seal hard counters Gentle Fist. Internal damage and Chakra blockage are regenerated/nullified, while Sakura still wins with one punch, which is not impossible as you seem to think, or one well timed AoE punch.

Also a note about small scale ground punches, these do not leave Sakura blind in a cloud of dust. Neji will not be able to capitalize off of these.

there is no radiant shockwave above the ground
there is no actual explosion/combustion, only a crude tremor initially, then some fleeting vibrations in the aftermath of the re-settling earth
there is debris, but as we've seen, only sakura & juubilings has trouble with such, not actual ninja

the juubi clones were literally catapulted skyward by that flipped slab of sediment that her punch uprooted along with dust.

One more thing, Neji was able to be tagged by Fodder Part 1 Hinata and Naruto, even being defeated by the latter. There's absolutely, positively, no way Sakura isn't landing a hit when these two did. And there's still Yin Seal countering Gentle Fist, Paw already linked that topic. Even if Neji wins, it's high or even extreme diff. He is literally not going to blitz Sakura. Tag her? Yes, and his hits are regenerated via Byakugou.
