This is the age of information. Just because a petition starts on NB doesn't mean it will stay on NB. You'd be surprised by how quickly these sorts of things spread worldwide on the net.

OT: if you like his design then there is no need for you to sign the petition. This petition is obviously for those of us who are unhappy with the design. There may be more than you know this includes those in japan and other countries as well.

If people truly desire change action must be taken. Inaction solves nothing.

I doubt they are going to make any changes for if they issued designs now they have been working on it for a considerable time. Are you going to pay for the work you are asking them to dump? And when do you think movie will be released if they want to work on it again? Why should they even give a moment to a petition which is asking to take heavy loses? How many volumes do you own?

Besides it's writer's and his team's choice so they get to make the call not us.

Why would you drag NB in it? A lot of us have no problem with design anyway.

You had no right to make the petition in the name of Narutobase community. That's dragging us all and making a false claim that the whole Narutobase community is making this demand.

I don't like the design either, but I can tell you they won't change it.

If the movie is coming out in December, then that means they've already worked quite a bit on it. Changing Naruto's design would mean have to restart animating from scratch and losing a considerable amount of money since that would mean paying the animators another salary.

Your best bet is just to get used to the design and grow to like it. Maybe it might change at the end of the movie?


Besides, all they need to do is give him longer hair and he would look fine.
