OT: I agree with Necromancer. I've looked over dozens of threads from 2012 when this was a hotter topic and they have never reached any real conclusions. Everyone has pretty much decided for themselves. I think it would be a close match but Itachi would pull off the win.​

Kakashi attempted to follow a part of Itachi's body (his arms, hands, legs, and feet) when he initially "fought" him in Shippuden in the co. of Naruto, Chiyo, and Sakura. It failed miserably. Itachi barely moves when he fights.

Alive Minato tied with Bee. And he wasn't ever stated to be god of shinobi. Hiruzen was stated to be god of shinobi in part one, then Kishimoto retconned that and wrote that Hashirama was god of shinobi in part two.

Minato wins.. im not sayin he negg deffs...but high deff at most..

--Genjutsu...minato know's bout uchiha's as he was brought up with them and fought them ..so he should have some measures of countering it
he has to know bout genjutsu's need eye contact so he would avoid lookin at them..now finger jutsu or non eye contact jutsu's are useless against bunshins..

--Amateratsu :- can be dodged with ease ...Minato is a sensor type so he would know were the chakra is being concentrated ..so he would avoid it using hiraishin ..

--taijutsu:- if they go on a combat milli fight we wont be able to see the susano..as itachi will get speed blitz..

--susano:- 1.totsuka:- is not touching minato ever..
2.yata:-doesn't protect itachi 360*..
3. yasaka magatama..can be wraped behind itachi's susano ..or somewhere else..[Minato can mark susano's back (don't complain Minato marked the ocean , marked the battle field too) using bunshins..]

--susano can be destroys destroyed using food cart destroyer technique... or he can just bunshin and attack susano from many directions..using senjutsu rasengan..

--if minato has KCM or BM then minato low-negg deff
