Once again, I'm not about to start another debate as it's already been done. My statement stands, if CT comes out, it's most likely over for Sasuke, his CT would dwarf Nagato's, wouldn't even be comparable between the two. Sasuke destroying CT with PS is a whole different story.

Sasuke can use Chibaku Tensei himself. Chibaku Tensei is a non factor. Both can use it, both can slice it with the PS. I can't estimate Madara's Rinnegan as a non Jinchuriki; but judging Obito's words about the true wielder getting both eyes, Madara probably could use the Rinnegan on the same scale as when being a Jinchuriki, as Juubi had no influence on this technique (and Madara's Chakra as the true wielder would be sufficient). In this case, it would be a challenge. Large scale Six Paths, 4 Limbo clones and PS.

Otherwise, this is no challenge.

It doesn't seem for me that a true wielders eyes are considerably draining his chakra.
