Isn't it obvious? Sasuke has always been held back. Look at this fight, Sasuke used a regular Chidori with Susano'o and it matched the power of bijuu dama. So even after using so much chakra and the fact that Sasuke hasn't even touched Enton yet, Naruto is still as shitty as ever.

I think if anyone was nerfed in every fight that they ever had was Naruto. Sasuke has fought naruto with killing intent every time, where as Naruto has always fought Sasuke with the intent not to kill him but to bring him back, your argument is invalid.
